Three reasons why we are giving away Football Mogul:
1. This year's version is just a statistical update.
We have made some small improvements. But most of the work went into creating new rosters for the 2011-2012 season.
(Rosters for 1970-2010 are still included in the game).
2. Because we can!
Thanks to the success of Baseball Mogul, we don't need to charge for Football Mogul.
Baseball Mogul is a much more detailed and fine-tuned product. Until Football Mogul reaches the same quality level, it doesn't seem right to charge full price.
3. Because we love football!
Between the NFL lockout and the ongoing recession, it's been a tough year. We are just so thankful that we have jobs, and that we have football!
The easiest way to share this gratitude is by giving away Football Mogul 2012 for free.
This means that previous customers of Football Mogul get a free roster update. And new users get to try the game without paying for it.
